Return & Exchange Policy
At Krushikranti, we strive to ensure your orders reach you in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged item, we are here to help. Please note that our return, refund, and exchange policy is strictly limited to damaged products.
Eligibility for Return & Exchange:
- Returns, refunds, or exchanges are only available if the item was damaged in transit or you received a damaged product.
- Requests for damaged items must be raised within 24 hours from the date of delivery.
- Applies to both Cash on Delivery (COD) and Online Payment orders.
- The product must be returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
Refund Process:
- Once your damage claim is verified and the return is approved, the refund will be processed to your bank account within 7 to 12 business days (excluding holidays).
- You must share your bank details via our WhatsApp number +917798648712 to receive the refund.
Exchange Option:
If you received a damaged item, you may choose to exchange the product for a replacement instead of requesting a refund. The exchange will be processed once we verify the damage and receive the returned item.
How to Request a Return or Exchange:
- Contact us on our WhatsApp number within 24 hours of delivery.
- Share your Order ID, clear photos/videos of the damaged product and packaging, and if applicable, your bank details for a refund.
- We will verify the claim and guide you through the return/exchange process.
